## What we’re looking for

For our ongoing projects, we are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Training in neuroimaging (e.g., fMRI, MEG, EEG), quantitative methods (e.g., machine learning, statistics), and/or psychology or related fields;
- Research computing skills, including proficiency in Python or other programming languages (e.g., MATLAB, R, C/C++) and familiarity with high-performance computing (HPC) or Linux;
- Research experience, such as neuroimaging data acquisition, analysis, experimental design, or publications;
- Motivation and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary research aligned with our [research directions](research/index.md).

Candidates are **not expected to meet every criterion listed above**. The most important qualities we seek are **motivation, intellectual curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn**.
